Mousse... maybe not

Well I learned that in order to make mousse a mousse you need to add whip cream!  With that being said I did make a wonderfully rich espresso pudding.  And yes I felt like an ass.  On to other things I am going to try and make some muffins and bread this week.  I think I have got pizza dough down (all four ingredients) so I am moving on to bigger and better.....hopefully.  I am also anxiously awaiting the day we will have farm fresh eggs from our seven chicks although it seems like such a long time away as our chicks are only two months old.  I will try to add some photos of the up and coming breads.
